In robotics, we learn science and we all know that everything is a science that is behind it. You learn techniques like computers and computer coding and learn about GENE the robotics especially where you build up the things and put together all the logo parts to build up new things, like tanks, cranes, etc.
FREE Robotics Training by TAFE Campbelltown
TAFE Campbelltown offered FREE Robotics classes. Young Innovators Network collaborated with TAFE Campbelltown to promote the use of robotics in education!
Shafqat Ali, Founder and team coordinator of Young Innovators Network, visited Campbelltown TAFE. Mr Arthur Pirwani introduced Ali to Richard Baranski, headteacher of IT & Communication department. Mr. Baranski is very passionate about Robotics and innovation. Richard Baranski travelled around the world searching for different ways to use LEGO Mindstorms EV3 to enhance education. The courses were completely FREE!
Robotics Show in Campbelltown
Later Young Innovators organized a Robotics Show for the primary school children.
Children got an amazing opportunity to play around with robots and they learned about the science behind robotics. They were also shown the demo of robots. The purpose of the show was to familiarize and create the interest of students in Robotics.
Special thanks to Richard Baranski and Arthur Pirwani for joining the show and teaching children the arts of robotics.
Training and Robotics Show in Glenquire Library
Young Innovators Team volunteered with Richard Baranski from Campbelltown TAFE in a robotics event organized by the Glenquarie library team. It was a big community activity where parents came with a Yogondious to learn about science and technology involvement. This was basically a national science week also.
In this robotics workshop, the students have a hand on experience by interacting and playing with robots and it was a day-long activity.
First Robotics workshop in Campbelltown
Young Innovators Team, some university volunteers and team coordinators conducted and coordinated the first robotics workshop in Campbelltown.
This was conducted in the Southwest of Sydney with over 100 participants. Children got an amazing opportunity to play around with robotics and they learned about science robotics. Robotics demos were also given by the Young Innovators Team.
Auburn 1st Robotics Workshop
Young Innovators Network organized a workshop for kids in the October holidays in Auburn. This was an amazing opportunity to make the kids smarter and interactive. This robotics workshop increases the audience awareness, create interest and make the audience engage, so they would like to study that in their schools or in their future career, so they will initiate them, and their parents will help them to start the studies in that area.
In the 21st century, it is vital that our societies and culture advance so as to cater to the new innovations and technologies. This isn’t an issue to be solved by one nation or only a couple of engineers. Every single concerned individual all through the world should work at its on-going solutions. By probing robots as an entertaining and educational medium, it is expected that this robotic workshop will add to the 21st-century society’s development.
